Swish pattern is used to learn new skill by resizing the unwanted skill from big to small & fading out and New skill learned to be from small to big image.
When I read this NLP pattern, immediately one thing come to my mind which is already in practice as an advice. Think you problems as a small stone, which has to be moved far away from our eyes so that we it will look and very easy to throw far away. but if the same stone if we keep very close to our eyes, it will look very big and cant allow to see anything else.
